This package is for all levels of meditators. Meditations will be customized to meet your specific needs - whether it's reducing stress, decreasing symptoms of anxiety/depression, improving resilience, or raising self-confidence. These guided meditations can be recorded at your request, which means you can use them whenever you need them. We weave principles from Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Guided Imagery, Biofeedback, and Ayurveda together to provide you with the most holistic, elevating experience possible.
